Return policy

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless a manufacturing fault has occurred or the item posted was different to your order. Any returns due to packaging defects will be considered upon discussion with the purchaser, and shipping service prior to making a decision.

For any non-perishable items, we accept returns within 14 days to receive 100% money back. Your return will usually be processed within a week.
